By-laws are a set of rules and procedures for the:

  • Administration of the Condominium Corporation
  • Management of the Common Property
  • Preservation and maintenance of the Common Property

Owners, residents, tenants and guest are all required to adhere to Condominium Corporation By-laws.

Familiarize yourself with the By-laws of your Condominium Corporation to avoid possible fines, penalties, monetary sanctions and recovery charges. Reading, understanding and following the by-laws helps everyone reside or work in harmony.

Our office is located just west of Taylor Drive on the corner of 54 Avenue and 45 Street. Detailed driving directions can be found on Google Maps.

Clients and customers can access our office using the door on the south side of the building.
